Being a salarié porté means enjoying every right attached to employee status, while keeping the autonomy of an independent. Here is what the law guarantees you.
Full social protection
- Unemployment insurance: you contribute, and can receive benefits if you lose your activity.
- Pension: your quarters in portage salarial count exactly like any salaried job.
- Prévoyance and company health cover: health and work-incapacity coverage.
- Work accidents and occupational illness: the same coverage as any employee.
The right to training
As a salarié porté, you accrue professional training rights (CPF) like any other employee, letting you grow your skills throughout your career.
The right to paid leave
You accrue paid leave calculated on your activity, and a compensatory allowance is paid if you don’t take it, as provided by the Labour Code.
Transparency on your pay and fees
Your umbrella company is required to clearly disclose the details of your invoicing, the management fees deducted and your payslip. You must be able to track your activity at any time.
Support in case of dispute
In case of disagreement with your umbrella company or your client, you keep the same recourse as any regular employee: mediation, the labour courts (prud’hommes), and the backing of the industry collective agreement.
At Linkao, we make it a point of honour that your rights are respected and clearly explained, starting with your net income simulation.
